Omega 3 :

Omega 3s are fatty acids which are essential for our body, they are part of the composition of vital organs of this one. Three of them have a definite impact on our body: alpha linolenic acid (ALA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).

Benefits of Omega 3:

  • Vascular health benefits: Omega 3 (ALA) are known to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. They help lower blood pressure in people with high blood pressure.
