RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Since these are edible products, for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We are concerned about your satisfaction, and our aim is to offer you only fresh and quality products.

On the other hand, you can return your order in part, or even in full, within 14 days of receipt of your order, without penalty, if the product does not comply, and upon authorization only from a Fit-Fit Nature Nutrition Inc. customer service representative.

Before proceeding with the return of any merchandise, you must contact Fit-Fit Nature Nutrition Inc. customer service by email at info@fitfitfit.fit. We will inform you of the procedure to follow to return your merchandise.

Products not eligible for return:
* Product that is no longer in its original packaging
* Product that is not returned in its full quantity
* Product whose packaging is open.
