SHIPPING

Once the order is completed and paid for on our online store, it will be processed within 1 to 2 business days. The package will be delivered within 1 to 10 business days.

The cost is $10.00 for any order placed from Quebec and Ontario, and free for orders over $75 before taxes, and $15.00 for the rest of Canada. Please note that we absorb the difference in shipping costs.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Packages are sent via one of the recognized parcel delivery services and come with a tracking number.

IT IS POSSIBLE THAT IF YOUR PACKAGE FITS INTO AN ENVELOPE, IT WILL BE DELIVERED TO YOU BY CANADA POST without a tracking number. If this causes you an issue, please leave us a comment in the instructions for your order.

If you live in a house, a location deemed secure, a residence without an apartment number, and you will not be present at the time of delivery, please note that we are not responsible for loss or theft of your package and under no circumstances will we refund your purchase and/or shipping. If the package arrives to you in poor condition, we are not responsible for loss or damaged items.

However, if you are present at the time of delivery and the package appears damaged, refuse your order; it will be returned to us, and we will be able to send you a replacement.

IMPORTANT: Some items are heat sensitive and may melt. We are not responsible for any effects that temperature may have on your order.

DELIVERY

Online purchases are shipped via a recognized carrier or Canada Post Express when they meet weight and size requirements.

Order tracking: Once the order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.
