BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE
INGREDIENTS
ABOUT 4 SERVINGS
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) basil olive oil
- 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar with strawberries or raspberries
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
- Salt and pepper
SALAD
INGREDIENTS
(FOR 4 SERVINGS)
- 8 cups of fresh baby spinach
- 2 cups of strawberries, cut into pieces
- 100 g (1 cup) of pecans
- 1 cup of crumbled goat cheese or blue cheese
PREPARATION
(ABOUT 15 MINUTES)
- In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the dressing.
- In a bowl, mix all the salad ingredients and add the
vinaigrette.
Have fun modifying the recipe by replacing the strawberries with raspberries, blueberries, or blackberries.
