This amino acid is a precursor to arginine, but appears to be absorbed much better than arginine by the intestines.
It significantly increases vasodilation by stimulating the production of nitric oxide.
Citrulline supplementation has been shown to increase performance, reduce feelings of fatigue on exertion, and may stimulate protein synthesis.

Recommended dose: Adults. Take 1 serving per day. Mix the product well in 1 or 2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consuming.
