Adults and adolescents (13 years and older): 1 scoop, 2 times a day. Effect seen 12-24 hours after first dose, but may take up to 2-3 days. For each dose, drink (or mix with) at least 150 ml of liquids. Consume 2 hours before or after any other medication.
