Recommended dose: adults: take 1 scoop 30-45 min. before training with 250 to 500 ml of water. 1 serving daily without food, or as recommended by a qualified healthcare practitioner.

Warnings : drink plenty before, during and after exercise. Consult a health care practitioner, if you are taking blood pressure medication, before taking blood thinners, or if you have diabetes. If you develop symptoms such as sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness and/or confusion, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner (as these symptoms may be caused by low blood sugar).
