Casein is the main protein in milk. It represents 80% of milk proteins, the remaining 20% being those of whey.
Casein-X a complete protein that helps repair, maintain and build muscle tissue.

Medicinal ingredient (per 32 g serving):
Micellar Casein (net protein). 26gg
Non-medicinal ingredients:
Natural flavor, xanthan gum, stevia rebaudiana leaf.
RECOMMENDED DOSE: Adults. Take one serving, up to three times a day. Mix the product well in 1 or 2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consuming.
Make sure you drink enough fluids before, during, and after exercise. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant and breastfeeding, have liver disease or kidney disease. This product contains milk by-products. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if seal is damaged or missing. Keep out of the reach of children.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: If you are allergic to milk, do not use this product.
