Each tablet contains:
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root extract 15:1 equivalent to 3000mg ashwagandha 200mg
Holy Basil (Ocimum tenuiflorum) Leaf Extract 8:1 equivalent to 1600mg Holy Basil 200mg
Amla (Phyllanthus emblica) Fruit extract 5:1 equivalent to 825 mg of amla 165 mg
Bacopa (Bacopa monnieri) Whole Plant Extract 8:1 equivalent to 400mg Bacopa 50mg
Nonmedicinal ingredients: Cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid (vegetable), silicon dioxide, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, and medium chain triglycerides).
Recommended dose:
Adults take 1 tablet daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications.
Warnings:
Do not use this product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive. If you are taking medication or have heart disease or diabetes, consult your healthcare practitioner. If you have or develop abdominal pain, nausea, fever, or vomiting, consult a healthcare practitioner. A laxative effect may occur, in which case discontinue use. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if perma seal is missing.
