Marinade traditionnelle pour viande rouge

TRADITIONAL MARINADE FOR RED MEAT

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of dark traditional balsamic vinegar
  • 1 head of garlic, crushed
  • 6 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 6 sage leaves
  • 2.5 ml liquid smoke
  • salt and pepper, to taste

PREPARATION

  1. Combine all ingredients
  2. Completely cover the piece of meat
  3. Marinate for 12 hours
  4. If the meat is not fully covered by the marinade, stir every 4 hours

Traditional balsamic vinegar is an excellent choice for EVERYTHING: Pasta salad, vegetables, meats, pizza, etc!
