Marinade traditionnelle pour viande rouge

TRADITIONAL MARINADE FOR RED MEAT

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of traditional dark balsamic
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  • 6 sprigs of fresh thyme
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 6 sage leaves
  • 2.5 ml of liquid smoke
  • salt and pepper, to taste

PREPARATION

  1. Mix all the ingredients
  2. Cover the entire piece of meat
  3. Marinate for 12 hours
  4. If the meat is not completely covered by the marinade, stir at 4 hours

Traditional balsamic vinegar is an excellent choice for EVERYTHING: pasta salad, vegetables, meats, pizza, etc!

Pair it with different oils (Herbs de Provence, Persian Lime, Tuscan Herbs, etc.) to make dressings, marinades, or dips.
