TRADITIONAL MARINADE FOR RED MEAT
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups ofextra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup of dark traditional balsamic
- 1 garlic bulb, crushed
- 6 sprigs of fresh thyme
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 6 sage leaves
- 2.5 ml of liquid smoke
- salt and pepper, to taste
PREPERATION
- Mix all ingredients
- Cover the entire piece of meat
- Marinate for 12 hours
- If the meat is not completely covered with the marinade, mix every 4 hours
Traditional balsamic vinegar is a great choice for EVERYTHING: Pasta salad, vegetables, meats, pizza, etc!
Pair it with different oils (Provence herbs,Persian Lime,Tuscan herbs, etc.) to make dressings, marinades or dips.
