TRADITIONAL MARINADE FOR RED MEAT
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup of dark traditional balsamic vinegar
- 1 head of garlic, crushed
- 6 sprigs of fresh thyme
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 6 sage leaves
- 2.5 ml liquid smoke
- salt and pepper, to taste
PREPARATION
- Combine all ingredients
- Completely cover the piece of meat
- Marinate for 12 hours
- If the meat is not fully covered by the marinade, stir every 4 hours
Traditional balsamic vinegar is an excellent choice for EVERYTHING: Pasta salad, vegetables, meats, pizza, etc!
