Saumon à la moutarde à l’ancienne faible en FODMAP

The simplest recipe!!! Tasty, and low in FODMAP, both for Celiacs and for those suffering from irritable bowel syndrome!

My late-night meal recipe when I get home from work late but want a light meal!

Ingredients:

150-200 g of salmon fillet

2 tbsp of old-style mustard

2 tsp maple syrup

Well, the quantities are to taste, I prefer with little syrup and a lot of mustard, you can adjust the amount of syrup you prefer if you are more of a sweet type!

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C), and place a sheet of aluminum foil on a small baking tray. Place the salmon fillet on it.

Mix the syrup with the mustard in a small bowl and spread over the salmon fillet.

Cook for 13-15 minutes, until the salmon is cooked but not overcooked to avoid dryness.

Serve with basmati rice and sautéed vegetables (avoid vegetables containing FODMAPs).

Enjoy!
