Mes deux jus verts préférés

 Green juices are not linked to weight loss, for detox purposes or as a meal replacement. They have multiple advantages that have nothing to do directly with these beliefs. The vegetable mixes can be eaten as a snack and easy to incorporate as a refreshment by the pool.. 

I have, for one reason or another, suggested this kind of green juice in the morning to my clients. Why Forget the concept of detox in the morning, I don’t believe it. For some, this gesture is a sign of establishing a winning routine and a symbol of the ability to take care of oneself. Just making this vitamin blend in the morning after waking up can motivate people to stick to good habits throughout the day.rnée.

Lunch is an important meal and often dictates how we will be able to perform physically and mentally during the day. The smoothie will then have a transitional role in order to slowly establish the habit of eating breakfast in the morning towards a solid and more complete meal.

By choosing the right ingredients, the smoothie can also help support digestion. Placing it as a snack will allow you to incorporate something easily digestible between two meals. It is one tool among many, but considerable in this regard.

There are multiple possibilities depending on tastes, intolerances and seasonal fruits / vegetables. I advise you to favor organic, fresh products from a market gardener or from your garden because the ingredients still need to be of quality to help you and reap the benefits.

Do not hesitate to try, incorporate well washed peels, leafy vegetables and stems of broccoli for example.

I leave the mixtures to you by portion but using raw vegetables you can prepare everything for a few days in the fridge! Adding a small portion of plain protein is a smart choice.

If you can add crushed ice in your blender to add more freshness, it tastes even better.


Carrot, cucumber and basil juice

I and the basil and the herbs literally put them everywhere for flavor. Freshness guaranteed! !

Ingredients (for a portion)


  • 1 cup of spinach (first time in my garden this year and it grows wonderfully)
  • ½ Cucumber
  • 6 fresh basil leaves (quantity of your choice)
  • 2 whole carrots, grated
  • ½ apple (without the peel)
  • 1 C. avocado (or 3g coconut oil if prepared individually)

In the blender, we add water until the ingredients are submerged and presto!


Green juice for a full of freshness

This one I like very much on hot days or by the pool with ice cream!


Ingredients (for a portion)

  • 1 whole carrot, grated (carrots are a must for me in mixtures. It's inexpensive and helps reduce bitterness for its sweet taste)
  • 2 stalks of celery, cut into small pieces
  • 1 orange (no juice! We keep the fibers of the fruit)
  • ½ tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 C. fresh cilantro
  • 3g coconut oil (adding grated, unsweetened coconut flakes is interesting)
  • Slivered almonds on top

In the blender, we add water until the ingredients are submerged and presto!
