- 1/2 tsp. 1 tsp maca powder
- 1 C. tablespoon of raw cocoa powder
- 1 cup water or almond milk or a combination of both
- 1 C. tablespoon ofMCT coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp. 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 tsp. teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. 1 teaspoon cayenne powder or black pepper
*To reduce the bitterness and make it a nutritious snack, add a quality protein powder such as Supreme Beef Protein with Organic Dark Chocolate from ATP Lab , adjusting the amount of liquid to obtain a silky drink.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
