Ingredients: ⠀

  • 1/2 tsp organic matcha tea
  • 1/2 tsp of maca powder
  • 1 tbsp raw cocoa powder
  • 1 cup of water or almond milk or a combination of both
  • 1 tbsp ofMCT coconut oil 
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne powder or black pepper

*To reduce bitterness and make it a nutritious snack, add a quality protein powder such as the Supreme Beef Protein with Organic Dark Chocolate from ATP Lab , adjusting the amount of liquid to achieve a silky drink.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
** To reduce bitterness and maintain the idea of a beverage, add 1ct. monk fruit or maple syrup

Preparation:

  • Heat the water or almond milk almost to boiling.
  • In a blender, add the hot water or almond milk and all the ingredients.
  • Mix at high speed until a foam is obtained (holding the lid with a cloth to prevent the lid from exploding and causing burns).
