- 1onion, thinly sliced (or none for the low FODMAP version)
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 carrot, finely diced
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 cup frozen peas

Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce (gluten free)
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce (gluten-free option: make sure to use a certified gluten-free oyster sauce)
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce (gluten free)
