Tartare de saumon fraises et basilic

Salmon tartare with strawberries and basil

Ingredients - 4 Portions as an Appetizer 

  • 1 extra fresh 500 g salmon fillet, skinless
  • 150 g of ripe and fresh strawberries diced
  • 2 tbsp ofbasil-infused olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon ofChipotle infused olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of lime juice or more, to taste
  • 2 tbsp of chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tbsp of finely chopped fresh basil
  • 1 pinch of Espelette pepper (optional, adds a kick to the tartare)
  • a little salt

Preparation
20 À 25 min. 

  1. Cut the salmon and strawberries into small cubes,
  2. Add all the ingredients for the tartare.
  3. Well mixed

Serve in a glass or on a spoon, on a plate on a bed of salad or assembled using a cookie cutter with fried wontons.
