Salmon tartare with strawberries and basil
Ingredients - 4 Portions as an Appetizer
- 1 extra fresh 500 g salmon fillet, skinless
- 150 g of ripe and fresh strawberries diced
- 2 tbsp ofbasil-infused olive oil
- 1 tablespoon ofChipotle infused olive oil
- 2 tbsp of lime juice or more, to taste
- 2 tbsp of chopped fresh chives
- 2 tbsp of finely chopped fresh basil
- 1 pinch of Espelette pepper (optional, adds a kick to the tartare)
- a little salt
Preparation
20 À 25 min.
- Cut the salmon and strawberries into small cubes,
- Add all the ingredients for the tartare.
- Well mixed
Serve in a glass or on a spoon, on a plate on a bed of salad or assembled using a cookie cutter with fried wontons.
