Reese protéiné géant : le dessert santé qui fait craquer !

Are you looking for a decadent dessert, high in protein and ready in minutes?

I tried this "trendy" recipe I saw circulating. And it definitely passed the test.

This giant protein Reese is exactly what you need! Inspired by the famous chocolate and peanut butter treat, it captures everything we love about a Reese… but in a healthier, more nourishing no-bake version.

Thanks to its base of Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder and powdered peanut butter (PB2), this dessert supports your protein intake while satisfying sweet cravings. And with its crunchy dark chocolate coating, it's hard to resist!

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt (lactose-free, if needed)

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein

  • ¼ cup powdered peanut butter (PB&Me, no added sugar, or other flavors to taste)

  • add 1 tbsp milk or almond drink if too thick
  • 1 tbsp semi-sweet dark chocolate chips

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, protein powder and powdered peanut butter. Stir until smooth and homogeneous. Pour the mixture into a small bowl or ramekin, smoothing the surface.

Melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave, heating in 20 to 30 second intervals to prevent burning. Once melted, spread the chocolate over the protein mixture.

Place in the freezer for 20 minutes, then crack the chocolate layer before enjoying!

Why we love it

This dessert combines everything we love: the richness of dark chocolate, the sweetness of peanut butter and the creamy texture of yogurt. Plus, it's no-bake, high in protein, satisfying and ready in under half an hour.

It's an excellent post-workout snack, a healthy dessert option after dinner, or simply a little treat when you crave chocolate without the guilt.

Tip: you can vary the flavor by replacing the vanilla protein with a chocolate protein for an even more indulgent result.

This giant protein Reese proves you can combine pleasure and nutrition without compromise. Easy to make, delicious and protein-rich, it will surely become one of your favorite desserts.
