Recipe : Crunchy Chocolate Protein Bowl with Berries
Ingredients: (for 1 bowl, I often make two at a time, but in their respective bowls)
- 2 tablespoons of coconut or Greek yogurt (depending on your preference)
- 1 cup cashew protein drink (or other plant-based drink, or milk, to your preference)
- 3/4 of a scoop of Organic Supreme Chocolate Beef Protein by ATP Lab (or plant protein for a vegetarian option)
- A handful of sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and slivered almonds (about 1 tablespoon of each)
- Fresh berries of your choice (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, etc.) In winter, use frozen berries, and thaw them in the microwave. Pour them with their juices, a delight.
- You can add to it whatever you prefer, almond or sunflower butter, dried fruit, coconut, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, nuts, or nut and fruit mixes ... inspiration may strike!

In a bowl, mix the coconut or Greek yogurt, the cashew protein drink, the the 3/4 scoop of beef supreme protein with organic chocolate until you obtain a creamy, homogeneous consistency, until the protein is fully incorporated.
