Énergie et Gourmandise au Rendez-vous : Le Bol Chocolaté Protéiné Croquant aux Petits Fruits  pour un Petit-Déjeuner d'Été Revigorant

Recipe: Berry Crunch Protein Chocolate Bowl

Ingredients: (for 1 bowl, I often make two at a time, but in their respective bowls)

  • 2 tablespoons coconut or Greek yogurt (depending on your preference)
  • 1 cup cashew protein shake (or other plant-based drink, or milk, your preference)
  • 3/4 scoop of ATP Lab Organic Chocolate Beef Supreme Protein (or vegetable protein for a vegetarian option)
  • A handful of sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and slivered almonds (about 1 tbsp each)
  • Fresh berries of your choice (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, etc.) In winter, take frozen berries and thaw them in the microwave. Pour them with their little juice, a delight.
  • You can add whatever you prefer, almond butter, dried fruit, coconut, Elan nuts or nut and fruit mixes... inspiration can be there!

Instructions :

  1. In a bowl, combine coconut or Greek yogurt, cashew protein shake,  3/4 scoop of Organic Chocolate Beef Supreme Protein until obtaining a creamy and homogeneous consistency, until the protein is completely incorporated.

  2. Sprinkle the mixture with sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and slivered almonds, arranging them evenly on top of the bowl.

  3. For the sweet and tangy touch, add a generous amount of fresh berries. You can opt for an assortment of juicy strawberries, delicate raspberries, flavor-packed blueberries or irresistible blackberries.
