DOSAGE
USE OR PURPOSES RECOMMENDED :
Supplement to training and athleticism. Source of amino acids essential for the maintenance of good health and playing a role in protein synthesis. Helps build muscle mass when used in conjunction with regular weight training and a balanced diet. Source of branched chain amino acids (BAA) that play a role in protein synthesis. Source of amino acids that play a role in protein synthesis. Helps in muscle recovery by reducing the damage to muscle tissue associated with a resistance training program. Helps support muscle tissue repair in people participating in resistance training. Helps in energy metabolism, tissue formation and bone development.
RECOMMENDED DOSE:
Adults . 1 scoop (9 g) once a day. Mix the product well in 1 or 2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consuming. Take within 90 minutes of exercise
