DOSAGE
RECOMMENDED USES OR PURPOSES: The Siberian ginseng is used in phytotherapy to help improve mental and/or physical performance following periods of mental and/or physical exertion. Rhodiola is used in phytotherapy to help maintain cognitive functions (such as concentration and intellectual vigor).
RECOMMENDED DOSE: Adults. Take 3 capsules per day. Avoid taking at bedtime.
