Recommended dose:

Adults mix, shake or stir vigorously 3 level scoops (53 grams) of Ultra Glucose Control with 296 to 355 ml (10 to 12 fl oz) of chilled water 1 to 2 times daily or as directed by your healthcare professional of health. Consume within 10 minutes of reconstitution. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
