Panax ginseng is used in Herbal Medicine to help support cognitive function and reduce mental fatigue during mental stress. It is also used to help improve physical performance under physical stress.

Each tablet contains:
Cordyceps mycelium extract (Paecilomyces hepiali) standardized to 0.25% adenosine 400 mg
Asian Ginseng root extract (Panax ginseng) standardized to 8% ginsenosides 200 mg
Rhodiola root extract (Rhodiola rosea L.) standardized to 1% salidroside and 3% rosavins 50 mg
Nonmedicinal ingredients: Hypromellose, cellulose, silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate (vegetable).
Recommended dose:
Adults take 2 capsules daily for up to 3 months or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Do not take immediately before bedtime.
Warnings:
Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have biopolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder. If you are taking medication, have diabetes or high blood pressure, consult your healthcare practitioner before use. Some people may experience irritability, insomnia, anxiety or headaches, in which case discontinue use. Hypersensitivity has been known to occur; in this case, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner. Do not use if perma seal is missing.
