DOSAGE adults:
Take 1 to 2 capsules, twice a day .

PRECAUTIONS:
If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a health care practitioner. If you are breast-feeding, have a cardiovascular disorder, take heart or blood pressure medication, an antidepressant, are on hormone replacement therapy, are taking birth control pills, carbidopa, or medications / supplements with serotonergic activity, including L-tryptophan, S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe), St. John's Wort, antidepressants, pain medications, over-the-counter cough or cold medications containing dextromethorphan, and medications for nausea and migraine, consult a health care practitioner before use. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are on a low protein diet. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if you experience weakness, mouth ulcers, or abdominal pain with severe muscle pain, or if you notice skin changes. Consumption in combination with alcoholic beverages, or any other drug or natural health product with sedative effects is not recommended.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Do not use if you are pregnant or have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder or scleroderma.

KNOWN ADVERSE REACTIONS: 

If you experience irritability or sleeplessness, discontinue use. Some people may experience drowsiness. Use caution if you operate heavy machinery or other motorized vehicles, or if you participate in any activity that requires mental alertness. Some people may experience vomiting or abdominal pain. Dry mouth, rash, drowsiness, nausea and diarrhea can occur.
