Vitex (Vitex agnus-castus) extract 4:1:250mg
(fruit) equivalent to 1000 mg of dried fruit.
NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS:
Vegetable capsule (hypromellose), microcrystalline cellulose
L-Leucine (fermentation) 100% vegetable (lubricant)

DOSAGE adults:
Take 1 to 2 capsules per day.
Use for at least 3 months to see beneficial effects.
