RECOMMENDED USE OR PURPOSE: L-Arginine is a non-essential amino acid that aids in protein synthesis. Helps maintain cardiovascular functions. Source of essential amino acids isoleucine, leucine, valine and lysine which contribute to the maintenance of good health. Helps in the formation of collagen. Helps the body metabolize carbohydrates, proteins and fats.
DURATION OF USE : For occasional use only.
RECOMMENDED DOSE: Adults. Take one measurement per day. Mix the product well in 1 or 2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consuming. Take up to 1 hour before training, or during times of physical stress.
WARNINGS : Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant and breastfeeding, if your cardiovascular condition is worsening, if you have kidney/kidney disease or if you are on a low protein diet. , if you suffer from liver disease, if you suffer from cardiovascular disease and want to increase your level of physical activity, or if you are taking medication for the treatment of cardiovascular disease, medication for erectile dysfunction, and/or blood thinners.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: Do not use if you have had a heart attack/myocardial infarction, are taking Levodopa, a medicine used to treat Parkinson's disease, or have amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
KNOWN ADVERSE REACTIONS: Some people may experience gastrointestinal upset (such as diarrhea). May cause flushing (hot flashes), tingling and/or tingling. If so, reduce the dose.
