Here's a vitamin smoothie recipe that literally takes 2-3 minutes to prepare. A great accompaniment to 2 hard-boiled eggs in the morning for your protein portion if you don't add protein powder..
Gluten Free, Dairy Free, for those like me who have intolerances or allergies, but want good energy to start the day. I addFit-Fit Dried Fruits as a garnish, for their benefits and energy supply.
I make it all in the blender with Ninja's single-serve container, which leaves a smooth, lump-free smoothie.x.
Ingredients, for 1 bowl:
1/2 cup frozen pineapples
1 cup of frozen strawberries
1 clementine, peeled
1 cup of vegetable drink I put here unsweetened organic almond drink, it could be replaced by soy drink or even milkit)
1 C. almond butters
1 scoop ofvanilla protein
Put the fruit and the vegetable drink in the smoothie container, and mix for about 30 seconds. Add the almond butter or protein powder and mix for another 20 to 30 seconds..
Put everything in a bowl to place the garnishes.
Granolust's Troix Nut Crunch mix adds a nice touch of texture with a hint of cinnamon background. And what about the Fit-Fit Blackberry and Goji Berry Blend. It adds a sweet and sour that you will not be able to do without.
