Saumon à la moutarde à l’ancienne faible en FODMAP

The simplest recipe !!! Tasty, and low in FODMAP, as much for Celiacs as for those suffering from irritable bowel syndrome!!

My recipe for a late night meal when I happen to work late but want a light meal!!

Ingredients:

150-200 g of sliced salmon

2 tbsp. old-fashioned mustarde

2 tbsp. maple syrupe

Well, the quantities are to taste, I prefer with a little syrup and a lot of mustard, you can adjust the amount of syrup you prefer, if you are more of a sweet type!

Preheat the oven to 350 F 180C, and put aluminum foil on a small baking sheet. Add the salmon steak.umon.

Mix the mustard syrup in a small bowl and spread over the salmon steak.

Cook, 13-15 min, until the salmon is cooked, but not overcooked so as not to be dry.c.

Serve with basmati rice and sautéed vegetables. Avoid vegetables containing FODMAPs.).
