Recettes de pizza Sans Gluten

INGREDIENTS

1 package

Lulubelle pizza mix

Follow package instructions.

 

PIZZA WITH TOMATOES AND HERB BUTTER

3 cases

olive oil

1 bedroom

minced garlic

1 case

chopped fresh oregano

2 cases

chopped fresh thyme, provide some for decoration

¼ cup

chopped fresh basil

½ bedroom

crushed red pepper flakes

½ cup

crumbled goat cheese

½ cup

baby spinach

2 cups

halved cherry tomatoes

1 cup

sliced tomatoes

 

1.Combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, basil and chili flakes.

2. Spread evenly over prepared pizza crust.

3. Sprinkle half the goat cheese.

4. Add spinach and tomatoes.

5. Sprinkle with remaining goat cheese.

6. Bake at 400 F for 8-10 minutes..

7. Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh thyme.

 

PIZZA WITH BASIL PESTO, ARUGULA, AND PINE NUTS

¼ cup

basil pesto

½ cup

chopped fresh basil

¾ cup

Mozzarella

2 cases

Pine nuts

½ case

rocket

 

1.Spread the pesto evenly over the prepared pizza crust.

2. Add spinach.

3. Top with mozzarella.

4. Sprinkle the pine nuts on top.

5. Bake at 400 F for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is golden brown..

6. Remove from oven and top with arugula.

 

PIZZA WITH DRIED TOMATO PESTO AND BUFFALO MOZZARELLA

¼ cup

sun-dried tomato pesto

1 scoop

sliced buffalo mozzarella

3

small sliced tomatoes

1 cup

chopped fresh basil

 

salt and pepper, to taste

 

parmesan, to taste

 

1.Spread the pesto evenly over the prepared pizza crust.

2. Add the mozzarella, then add the tomatoes.

3. Garnish with half the spinach.

4. Bake at 400 F for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is melted..

5. Remove from oven and garnish with remaining spinach.

6. Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with grated parmesan.
