FOR THE DOUGH

eggs/flax egg (see package for instructions) |

1. Pour the mixture and ingredients into a bowl.
2. Mix with a whisk until smooth. Divide equal amounts among 6 bowls.
3. Prepare food colorings in small individual bowls - adding a small amount of water to form a paste.
Mix and match the food colorings if necessary, to obtain the following colors: purple, blue, green, yellow, orange and red.
4. Add each dye to a prepared bowl.
5. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. In batches, pour the colored pancake mix into the pan and cook for 2 minutes. Flip and cook 1 to 2 minutes.
A large round cookie cutter can be used to make all pancakes the same size. Each color will make 2-3 pancakes.
FOR THE TOPPINGS
Maple syrup
Whipped cream
Berries
1. Stack the pancakes from bottom to top in the following order:
Purple, blue, green, yellow, orange and red.
2. Add the maple syrup and the desired toppings according to your taste.
