3 cups

Lulubelle waffle mix

eggs/flax egg (see package for instructions)

3 cases

vegetable oil

3 cups

milk or oat milk

Lulubelle food coloring

1. Pour the mixture and ingredients into a bowl.

2. Mix with a whisk until smooth. Divide equal amounts among 6 bowls.

3. Prepare food colorings in small individual bowls - adding a small amount of water to form a paste.

Mix and match the food colorings if necessary, to obtain the following colors: purple, blue, green, yellow, orange and red.

4. Add each dye to a prepared bowl.

5. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. In batches, pour the colored pancake mix into the pan and cook for 2 minutes. Flip and cook 1 to 2 minutes.

A large round cookie cutter can be used to make all pancakes the same size. Each color will make 2-3 pancakes.

Maple syrup

Whipped cream

1. Stack the pancakes from bottom to top in the following order:

Purple, blue, green, yellow, orange and red.

2. Add the maple syrup and the desired toppings according to your taste.

* For my part, I always use a good olive oil in my cakes, for its contribution to health.
