FOR THE SYRUP

Maple syrup |
3/4 cup |
brown sugar |

Water |

Heat the syrup to a boil and place 150g in a 4.5” x 6.5” aluminum pan.
FOR THE CAKE
1 bag |

Eggs or Flax Seeds / Ground Chia Seeds (see package for instructions) |

Milk or vegetable drink |
1. Preheat oven to 320⁰F.
2. Beat all the ingredients for 5 minutes at medium speed.
3. Pour 250 g per mold over the syrup.
4. Bake at 320⁰F.
5. Wait about 20 minutes before serving. Goes perfectly with vanilla ice cream!
