Le pouding chômeur Sans Gluten

Yield: 3 aluminum molds

FOR THE SYRUP

200ml

Maple syrup

3/4 cup

brown sugar

125ml

Water

1 C. at tab.

 

Butter

 

Heat the syrup to a boil and place 150g in a 4.5” x 6.5” aluminum pan.

FOR THE CAKE

1 bag

 

Lulubelle & Co Vanilla or Chocolate Cake Mix

Eggs or Flax Seeds / Ground Chia Seeds (see package for instructions)

1/3 cup

Vegetable oil

2/3 cup

Milk or vegetable drink

 

1. Preheat oven to 320⁰F.

2. Beat all the ingredients for 5 minutes at medium speed.

3. Pour 250 g per mold over the syrup.

4. Bake at 320⁰F.

5. Wait about 20 minutes before serving. Goes perfectly with vanilla ice cream!
