Le mélange du randonneur maison, 3 versions!

The famous mix for hikers, the perfect accompaniment for mountain or forest hikes.

Autumn has arrived, it's time to take the time to walk in the forest, get some fresh air, breathe, and admire the colors change. It will also follow you on your winter hikes or ski runs.

Backpacker's Mix is one of those snacks that last over time. Why on the one hand, because it is so nutritious! Nuts or seeds give you the good fats and proteins, and dried fruits the carbohydrates you need for exercise. Also, it can be customized according to your taste, it is so easy to do!!

Well, there are a lot of ready-made mixes on the shelves, but they are often made from dried fruits with added sulphites to keep their color and prolong shelf life, or they will have other additives added, often not necessary. .

Organic nuts and fruits should therefore be favored. If raw nuts are too hard for you to digest, you can toast them a bit, with a light touch of olive oil or maple syrup. What could be more fun than to make it to our liking! Here are a few that you can modify as you wish.
