Fabuleux pesto vegan faible en FODMAP – sans gluten, ni produits laitiers

What could be better when summer arrives than a good pesto !!! But a good pesto usually contains cheese, and garlic. Garlic. Yum. But a little garlic can do a lot of damage to the stomach for those struggling withvec un irritable bowel syndrome. So here's an alternative, oh how delicious!

Makes about 1 cup of pesto:


2 cups of fresh basil

1/3 cup unsalted sunflower seeds

1 tbsp nutritional yeast

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

¼ cup olive oil infused with garlic or mixed with a good olive oil if you want a less garlic taste.ésent).

Salt to taste


Pass everything in a food processor or blender, until you reach the desired consistency..

Nutritional yeast, the golden powder of vegans, gives it the taste of Parmesan, while providing significant nutrients. It is a good source of fiber, amino acids and is particularly rich in vitamin B.B.

Garlic-infused olive oil, on the other hand, is how one can get the taste of garlic again, without the fructans, which cause bloating and discomfort in many people.ens.
